Council Sponsored CPR and First Aid Training
On Saturday 2/19 we're offering a CPR/AED/FA combo class at St Paul Service Center, 400 Robert Street South in St. Paul from 8:30 to 4:30. We will also accept registrations for CPR/AED only for the morning and for CPR or CPR/AED challenges in the afternoon. The combo class is $20, the CPR/AED or challenge would be $15.
We'll be scheduling additional classes in March and April but there may be a price increase. Red Cross has increased the authorized provider fee as of March so we're discussing what affect this will have on our fee structure. Also, there are some program updates coming this spring from the Red Cross that may impact how we offer challenges. We don't have details yet but just wanted folks who might be considering a challenge to know they might want to get that done in Feb, either at the 2/19 class or at the Mid Winter Warm Up as we may not be able to offer a regualar challenge for some period in the Spring.
